Brooke Barousse
Brooke is passionate about creating thoughtful, lasting matches between exceptional professionals and the families and private offices who rely on them. Over the past 20 years, she has successfully placed hundreds of executive and household staff across the country, building trusted, long-term relationships with both clients and candidates along the way.
She understands that staffing a private home or office goes far beyond experience and qualifications. It is about trust, chemistry, communication, and finding someone who naturally fits into the environment they are supporting. Whether helping families find trusted childcare professionals or connecting executives with reliable support, Brooke takes great pride in identifying the right people to help life run smoothly behind the scenes.
No two searches are ever the same, and that is what Brooke values most about her work. From executive assistants and estate managers to nannies and household professionals, she enjoys understanding each client’s unique needs and finding the right match to support their lifestyle.

Maggie Lillis
With over a decade at Lexington Executive and Household Staffing, Maggie brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to supporting both clients and candidates throughout the placement process. With a background in journalism, nannying, and personal assisting, she brings a unique understanding of the qualities that create successful long-term matches.
Raised in the Midwest, Maggie grew up in a large, close-knit family where the importance of trust, teamwork, and showing up for others was part of everyday life. That foundation continues to shape her approach today, with a focus on building genuine relationships and understanding the needs behind every placement.
Whether connecting with candidates or helping coordinate the details of a search, Maggie brings warmth, reliability, and a solutions-focused mindset to her work. She is known for her resourcefulness, attention to detail, and commitment to creating a positive experience for everyone involved.
Outside of Lexington, Maggie enjoys cooking, treasure hunting at thrift stores, and spending time with her son, husband, and loyal dog.
