Our Newborn Care Specialists and night nurses provide specialized support for families during the earliest weeks and months after bringing a baby home. Their role is focused on helping families establish routines, navigate newborn care, and feel confident during this important transition. Depending on your needs, this may include:

To be accepted as one of our newborn care specialists, candidates must have worked with a minimum of 10 families, with the majority having supported more than 15 families. Many have extensive newborn experience and come from backgrounds in nursing, medical professions, postpartum doula work, or specialized childcare.

We carefully select candidates who have strong newborn care experience, excellent references, and a genuine commitment to supporting new families. Many of our specialists have additional training or professional backgrounds that allow them to provide knowledgeable guidance during the newborn stage.

Before being introduced to families, candidates go through a thorough screening process that includes professional reference checks, background checks, and TrustLine registration where applicable.

The Newborn Care Specialists we represent typically earn between $45 and $75 per hour, depending on their experience, responsibilities, schedule, and the requirements of the family.
