For permanent executive assistant placements, our fee is 18% of the candidate’s compensation, along with a $500 registration fee. Temporary placements are charged at 25% of the total compensation.

Our commitment continues beyond the initial introduction. We aim to create lasting partnerships between executives and their support professionals, and if a placement does not meet expectations, we offer a replacement policy within the first three months, subject to the terms of the placement agreement.
