Find the Perfect Rota Nanny for Your Family
Structured, Round-The-Clock Childcare You Can Truly Rely On
We Create Stability Through Seamless Childcare Arrangements
Coordinated schedules. Consistent care.
Managing full-time childcare coverage can be complex, particularly for families who require consistency across long hours, travel schedules, or multiple residences.
Without a structured system in place, families can experience gaps in support, inconsistent routines, or the ongoing challenge of coordinating multiple caregivers.
For many families, the goal is simple: continuous, reliable childcare that never feels disrupted or inconsistent.
That’s where we come in.
At Lexington Executive and Household Staffing, we take a highly structured approach to ROTA nanny placements, carefully building long-term nanny teams that work seamlessly together within your home.
A ROTA arrangement involves two or more highly qualified nannies who alternate on a set schedule, ensuring your children always receive consistent, familiar care while each nanny maintains balance and longevity in their role.
We work directly with your family to design the ideal rota structure, taking into account travel patterns, household routines, and the specific needs of your children.
Each nanny is rigorously vetted and carefully selected not only for individual excellence, but for how well they complement their rota partner in style, temperament, and approach. We remain closely involved after placement to ensure the arrangement continues to run smoothly and can be adjusted as your family’s needs evolve.
The result? Uninterrupted, high-quality childcare delivered through a thoughtfully managed system designed for stability, continuity, and ease.

Founded on the belief that the right childcare support can transform family life, we specialize in personalized ROTA nanny placements where reliability, trust, and long-term compatibility are essential.
At the heart of the agency is Brooke, who works directly with every family throughout the entire process. With nearly two decades of experience in household staffing, she understands that ROTA nanny placements require thoughtful matching, clear communication, and a deep understanding of each family’s lifestyle.
Rather than treating ROTA placements as a simple scheduling arrangement, we take time to understand your household routines, childcare expectations, and the type of partnership you need. Each nanny team is carefully matched based on experience, personality, and how naturally both caregivers will work within your home.
We support families seeking reliable childcare solutions for demanding schedules, multiple residences, frequent travel, or around-the-clock coverage, connecting them with experienced professionals who provide continuity and confidence.
If you are looking for a ROTA nanny and want a personalized approach to building your childcare team, we would be delighted to guide you through the process.

Everything You Need To Know About Hiring A ROTA Nanny
-
A ROTA nanny is part of a childcare team who provide continuous coverage through a structured rotation schedule, allowing families to maintain consistent, high-quality care while providing each nanny with scheduled time off. This arrangement is often suited to families with demanding schedules, frequent travel, multiple residences, or a need for more comprehensive childcare coverage.
-
To be accepted as one of our ROTA nannies, applicants must have a minimum of four years of professional nanny experience, with the majority having five to ten or more years in the field. Many are career nannies with extensive private household experience, and some hold degrees in Child Development, speak multiple languages, or have backgrounds in preschool or elementary education.
-
We carefully select candidates who have strong childcare experience, excellent references, reliable transportation, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Candidates must also be fluent in English and demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a genuine commitment to childcare as a career.
-
Before being introduced to families, candidates go through a thorough screening process that includes professional reference checks, background checks, and TrustLine registration where applicable. We carefully review each candidate’s experience, character, and suitability before making an introduction.
-
Typical duties of a ROTA nanny may include planning age-appropriate activities, organizing children’s bedrooms and play areas, managing children’s laundry, driving children to activities, preparing healthy meals, and maintaining an organized environment within the home.
-
ROTA nanny schedules are customized around each family’s needs. A common arrangement involves two nannies alternating set periods of work and time off, such as one week on and one week off, allowing families to maintain consistent childcare coverage while providing caregivers with predictable schedules.
-
ROTA nanny compensation depends on the schedule, responsibilities, experience level, and the needs of the household. The nannies we represent typically earn between $35 and $55 per hour, although ROTA arrangements may vary depending on the level of coverage required.
-
For permanent ROTA nanny placements, we charge an 18% placement fee and a $500 registration fee.
-
We are committed to finding long-term matches between families and household professionals. If a placement does not meet expectations, we offer a replacement policy within the first three months, subject to the terms of the placement agreement.
