To be accepted as one of our private chef candidates, applicants must have professional culinary experience and the ability to provide personalized in-home dining. We favor chefs who have graduated from culinary school and have experience working in private homes or fine dining environments.

This includes reviewing their professional background, completing reference checks and background checks, and considering their culinary experience, approach to service, and ability to meet the specific expectations of each client.

The private chefs we represent typically earn between $65 - $100/hour or a corresponding salaried rate, depending on their experience, culinary background, responsibilities, schedule, and the level of support required by the household.

For permanent private chef placements, we charge an 18% placement fee and a $500 registration fee. Temporary placements are charged at 25% of the total compensation.

We understand that the right fit is essential for a successful household placement. If a private chef placement does not meet expectations, we offer a replacement policy within the first three months, subject to the terms of the placement agreement.
