CONSULTATION
A Personal Consultation Tailored to Your Family
At Lexington Executive and Household Staffing, our impeccable service begins with your first phone call. We will guide you through the process of finding your perfect hire. The detailed phone consultation helps us identify the best candidates for your specific role.
After our initial conversation, we waste no time. We conduct in-depth interviews to evaluate and find our clients' standout candidates. After our comprehensive interview process, we contact you to discuss the details of the candidates that we feel would be the best fit for your family.

INTERVIEWS
Once you have chosen the candidates that you want to meet with, we will set up initial interviews at your convenience. After the initial interviews, we suggest a 1–3-day in-home working interview with the candidate(s) of your choice. This will offer you a way to get better acquainted and to see if the candidate is a good fit for your family.

THE OFFER
Making an Offer
Following a successful working interview, you have the option to extend an offer of employment or have us continue screening for new candidates. Once an offer has been made, Lexington Executive and Household Staffing will begin a series of comprehensive, detailed background checks.

VETTING
Comprehensive Background Checks
Your family's peace of mind is of the utmost importance to us. We provide in-depth background checks for all of our professional candidates before they start working in your home.
Our Enhanced Security Background Check includes:
Criminal history search including all locations where the candidate has lived during the past seven years
Auxiliary national criminal search covering the past seven years
Social Security number trace
Department of Motor Vehicles report

Our Placement Guarantee
We pride ourselves on providing the most professional service possible. In the unlikely event that your staff person is not the right fit, we will replace them at no additional cost within the first three months.

Placement fees
$500
Search launch fee
We charge a $500 search launch fee to get started on your search.
18%
permanent placement
When we find you the perfect fit, and you make a job offer, we charge our agency fee, which is equal to 18% of the candidate's annual compensation.
25%
Temporary Placement
If you are looking for a temporary candidate, for an assignment lasting from 1 day to 6 months, the fee is 25% of the total amount paid to the candidate.

Newborn care specialist
Newborn Care Specialist fees are 25% of the total amount paid to the candidate. Assignments can last up to one year.
