We place full-time nannies or part-time nannies, ROTA nannies, and newborn care specialists with families who have a range of childcare needs, including bespoke arrangements based on schedules, travel requirements, and household expectations.

To be accepted as one of our nanny candidates, we require that applicants, have a minimum of four years of professional nanny experience, with the majority having five to ten or more years in the field. Many are career nannies with extensive private household experience, and some hold degrees in Child Development, speak multiple languages, or have backgrounds in preschool or elementary education.

We carefully select candidates who have strong childcare experience, excellent references, reliable transportation, and legal authorization to work in the United States. Candidates must also be fluent in English and demonstrate professionalism, reliability, and a genuine commitment to childcare as a career.

Yes. Safety is a priority, and all our nannies are CPR trained before beginning work with a family.

Before being introduced to families, candidates go through a thorough screening process that includes professional reference checks, background checks, and TrustLine registration where applicable. We carefully review each candidate’s experience, character, and suitability before making an introduction.

A nanny’s responsibilities are tailored to each family’s needs. Typical duties may include planning age-appropriate activities, organizing children’s bedrooms and play areas, managing children’s laundry, driving children to activities, preparing healthy meals, and maintaining an organized environment within the home.

The high-caliber nannies we represent typically earn between $35 and $55 per hour, depending on their experience, responsibilities, schedule, and the requirements of the household.

For permanent nanny placements, we charge an 18% placement fee and a $500 registration fee. Temporary nanny placements are charged at 25% of the total compensation.

We are committed to finding long-term matches between families and household professionals. If a placement does not meet expectations, we offer a replacement policy within the first three months, subject to the terms of the placement agreement.
